Manage Members
Space members can view, comment, edit, or admin content depending on their role.
Invite Members
Section titled “Invite Members”- Navigate to
Sidebar > Settings > People. - Click Invite.
- Enter an email address.
- Select a role: Viewer, Commenter, Editor, or Admin.
- Click Send Invite.
The invitee receives an email. Once they accept, they appear in the members list with the assigned role.
Change a Member’s Role
Section titled “Change a Member’s Role”- Navigate to
Sidebar > Settings > People. - Click the role dropdown next to the member’s name.
- Select the new role.
The member’s permissions update immediately.
Remove a Member
Section titled “Remove a Member”- Navigate to
Sidebar > Settings > People. - Click the menu icon next to the member’s name.
- Select Remove.
The member loses access to the Space and all its content.
