Configure Space Settings

Space settings control how the Space appears and behaves for all members.

Update Space Name and Context

1. Navigate to Sidebar > Settings > General.
2. Edit the Space name.
3. Edit the context field — this description informs AI Teammates about the Space’s purpose.
4. Click Save.

The name updates in the sidebar and Space switcher. AI Teammates use the new context.

Change Privacy

1. Navigate to Sidebar > Settings > General.
2. Toggle between Public and Private.
   • Public: Anyone with the link can view content. Only members can edit.
   • Private: Only invited members can view or edit.

Access rules update immediately for all content in the Space.

Switch Between Spaces

1. Click the Space switcher at the top of the sidebar.
2. Select the Space you want to open.

The sidebar and inbox update to show the selected Space’s content.
