Configure Space Settings

Space settings control how the Space appears and behaves for all members. Open settings from the sidebar.

Update Space Name

1. Go to Settings > General.
2. Edit the name and handle.
3. Click Update.

The name updates in the sidebar and Space switcher.

Context

AI Teammates reference context when working on Socras and Journeys. Spaces don’t have a dedicated context field. Context is set at the Journey level: open a Journey and select the Context tab to describe its purpose, goals, and background.

Change Privacy

1. Go to Settings > Privacy.
2. Click the privacy dropdown and choose Public or Private.
   • Public: Anyone can view.
   • Private: Only members can view.

Access rules update immediately for all content in the Space.

Switch Between Spaces

1. Click the Space switcher at the top of the sidebar.
2. Select the Space you want to open.

The sidebar and inbox update to show the selected Space’s content.
