Configure Notifications

Notification settings control which emails Socra sends you. There are no in-app push notification settings - all toggles here are email only.

Email Notification Types

Section titled “Email Notification Types”

Open Settings > Notifications, then toggle each type on or off:

  • Space Activity: Emails for activity in your Spaces that’s relevant to you.
  • Weekly Progress Updates: A weekly email summarizing your progress.
  • Onboarding: Getting-started content sent when you’re new to Socra.
  • Trial: Updates during a free trial period.
  • Socra Updates: New features and improvements from the Socra team.
  • Newsletter: News and updates from Socra.
  • Research and Feedback: Invitations to participate in research or provide feedback.

Unsubscribe from All Emails

Section titled “Unsubscribe from All Emails”

At the bottom of the notifications panel, toggle Unsubscribe from all emails to stop all marketing and activity emails at once. You will continue to receive important account and technical emails regardless of this setting.

When unsubscribed, all individual toggles are disabled.
