Manage Permissions

Permissions determine what each person can do with shared content. Set permissions at the Space, Journey, or Socra level.

Change a Collaborator’s Role

1. Open the Socra or Journey.
2. Open the right sidebar (]).
3. In the Members section, click the role chip next to the person’s name.
4. Select the new role.

The person’s permissions update immediately. You need Admin or Owner access to change roles. Members without manage permissions see only a “Leave” option on their own role chip.

Space-Level vs Item-Level Permissions

• Space members inherit their Space role on all content within the Space.
• Sharing an individual Socra or Journey grants additional access at that item level.
• Item-level sharing can grant access to people who are not Space members.
