Troubleshooting
Solutions to the most common issues reported by socra users.
Login Issues
Section titled “Login Issues”Cannot log in
- Verify your email and password are correct.
- Check for a verification email if you recently signed up.
- Reset your password from the login screen.
Account locked
- Wait 15 minutes and log in again.
- Contact support if the issue persists.
AI Teammate Issues
Section titled “AI Teammate Issues”AI Teammate not responding
- Check your internet connection.
- Reload the page.
- Switch to a different AI Teammate and switch back.
- The AI Teammate processes requests in order — wait for the current response to complete.
AI Teammate gives irrelevant answers
- Verify the Space and Project context fields are filled in — AI Teammates use these for context.
- Start a new chat with
⌘L.
Content Issues
Section titled “Content Issues”Content not saving
- Check your internet connection.
- Content auto-saves. If the save indicator shows an error, reload the page.
- Verify you have Editor or Admin permissions on the item.
Cannot edit an Issue or Project
- Verify your role is Editor, Admin, or Owner.
- Check if the item is in a Private Space where you only have Viewer access.
Sharing Issues
Section titled “Sharing Issues”Cannot share an item
- Only Editors, Admins, and Owners can share.
- Verify the person’s email address is correct.
Access request not appearing
- Access requests go to the item Owner and Space Admins.
- Check your notifications at
Sidebar > Notifications.
Billing Issues
Section titled “Billing Issues”Payment failed
- Update your payment method at
Sidebar > Settings > Billing. - Verify your card has sufficient funds and is not expired.
Cannot change plan
- Only Space Owners can change the billing plan.
