Troubleshooting

Solutions to the most common issues reported by socra users.

Cannot log in

  • Verify your email and password are correct.
  • Check for a verification email if you recently signed up.
  • Reset your password from the login screen.

Account locked

  • Wait 15 minutes and log in again.
  • Contact support if the issue persists.

AI Teammate not responding

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Reload the page.
  • Switch to a different AI Teammate and switch back.
  • The AI Teammate processes requests in order — wait for the current response to complete.

AI Teammate gives irrelevant answers

  • Verify the Space and Project context fields are filled in — AI Teammates use these for context.
  • Start a new chat with ⌘L.

Content not saving

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Content auto-saves. If the save indicator shows an error, reload the page.
  • Verify you have Editor or Admin permissions on the item.

Cannot edit an Issue or Project

  • Verify your role is Editor, Admin, or Owner.
  • Check if the item is in a Private Space where you only have Viewer access.

Cannot share an item

  • Only Editors, Admins, and Owners can share.
  • Verify the person’s email address is correct.

Access request not appearing

  • Access requests go to the item Owner and Space Admins.
  • Check your notifications at Sidebar > Notifications.

Payment failed

  • Update your payment method at Sidebar > Settings > Billing.
  • Verify your card has sufficient funds and is not expired.

Cannot change plan

  • Only Space Owners can change the billing plan.
