Manage Issue Details
The details panel on the right side of an Issue controls its metadata. Each field can be set from the detail view or via keyboard shortcuts.
Set Status
Section titled “Set Status”- Click the status dropdown in the details panel.
- Select a status from the list.
There are seven statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Plan | Not yet started, in planning phase |
| To Do | Ready to begin |
| Working | Actively in progress |
| Review | Waiting for review |
| Complete | Finished — triggers memory compilation |
| On Hold | Paused temporarily |
| Canceled | Will not be completed |
The status badge updates immediately. When set to Complete, memory compilation triggers on the parent Project.
Set Priority
Section titled “Set Priority”- Click the priority dropdown in the details panel.
- Select a priority level.
There are four levels, each with a color indicator:
- Low
- Medium
- High
- Urgent
The priority badge updates in the sidebar and detail view.
Assign an Issue
Section titled “Assign an Issue”- Click the assignee field in the details panel.
- Select a person or AI Teammate from the dropdown.
You can assign an Issue to yourself, a team member, or any available AI Teammate. The assignee appears on the Issue in the sidebar and inbox views.
Set a Due Date
Section titled “Set a Due Date”- Click the due date field in the details panel.
- Select a date from the calendar picker.
Due dates appear in the inbox and sidebar. Overdue Issues are highlighted.
Star an Issue
Section titled “Star an Issue”Press ⌘⇧S or click the star icon in the detail view toolbar.
Starred Issues appear in Sidebar > Starred inbox view for quick access.
Mark Read/Unread
Section titled “Mark Read/Unread”Press ⌘U to toggle the read/unread status of the current Issue.
Unread Issues display a visual indicator in the sidebar and inbox.
