An Issue is an atomic unit of progress. It lives inside a Project. Projects live inside a Space. When you complete an Issue, your AI Teammate reads what you did and compiles it into the Project’s memory. Complete enough Issues and the Project compiles into the Space’s memory. Nothing is lost. Knowledge flows upward.

How AI Teammates Work Here
Section titled “How AI Teammates Work Here”AI Teammates in socra are not chatbots bolted onto a sidebar. They are first-class actors with real context. Every AI Teammate reads your Space, your Project, and your Issue before responding. They remember what was completed last week. They know who is working on what.
Assign an AI Teammate to an Issue and it works on it. Ask it a question in chat and it answers with the full context of everything around it. When an Issue completes, your AI Teammate compiles the results - automatically.

Progress Compilation
Section titled “Progress Compilation”This is the core idea. Other tools let completed work disappear into a backlog. In socra, completed work compounds:
- You complete an Issue
- Your AI Teammate compiles the Issue’s content and timeline into the parent Project’s memory
- The Project’s memory compiles upward into the Space’s memory
- Every future conversation, every new Issue, every AI Teammate response benefits from the accumulated context

Why Progress, Not Goals
