User Privacy Controls

Workspace Privacy:

• Personal Workspaces: All content is private by default and only accessible to you
• Team Workspaces: Content shared with team members when you create or join a team workspace
• Selective Sharing: Choose to share specific Socras and Journeys with selected collaborators
• Public Sharing: Optionally make content public to share with the broader socra community

Roles & Permissions:

• Owner: Can write, edit, and delete content, manage permissions and transfer ownership
• Admin: Can write, edit, and delete content, and manage permissions
• Editor: Can write and edit content
• Commenter: Can only add comments
• Viewer: Can only view the content

Identity Information:

• Your name, username, and profile picture are visible to other platform users to enable collaboration and user discovery
• This visibility enables essential features like team formation and project collaboration

Data Deletion:

• Delete individual items or entire account
• Clear data retention and deletion policies
• Secure deletion with verification
• Right to erasure under privacy regulations

How to Delete Your Account:

1. Go to your account settings
2. Navigate to the “Danger Zone” section
3. Click “Delete Account”
4. Confirm by typing your username exactly as shown
5. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted
6. Any spaces you are the only owner of will also be deleted

What happens when you delete your account:

• This action cannot be undone
• All your personal information and content will be permanently deleted
• You will be immediately signed out
• Content in shared workspaces may persist but will be anonymized where possible
