Manage your subscription, billing, and payment information.
Subscription Plans
Section titled “Subscription Plans”Pro Plan:
- Monthly or annual billing options
- See current pricing on our pricing page
- Unlimited AI usage (fair usage applies)
- Full access to all socra features
Free Plan:
- Available after Pro trial ends
- Limited daily AI usage
- Access to core socra features
Free Trial
Section titled “Free Trial”14-Day Free Trial:
- Credit card required to start trial
- Full access to Pro features during trial period
- Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless canceled
- Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
Managing Your Subscription
Section titled “Managing Your Subscription”Starting Your Trial
Section titled “Starting Your Trial”Trial Setup:
- Sign up and enter credit card information
- Get immediate access to all Pro features
- Trial lasts 14 days with full functionality
After Trial:
- Automatically converts to paid Pro subscription unless canceled
- If canceled during trial, account moves to Free plan with limited features
- Can upgrade back to Pro anytime from account settings
Individual vs Team Subscriptions
Section titled “Individual vs Team Subscriptions”Individual Subscription:
- Starts as individual Pro plan
- Billed per user for your personal workspace
- All Pro features included
Team Subscription:
- Automatically becomes team billing when you invite members
- Billed per seat (each member + pending invites)
- Space owner responsible for all billing
- Members added immediately increase billable seats
Managing Team Members & Billing
Section titled “Managing Team Members & Billing”Adding Members:
- Use “Add Members” button in Members tab
- Each invite immediately creates a billable seat
- Charged full price for current billing period
- No prorating for new seats
Removing Members:
- Remove members from People settings
- Seat reduction takes effect at next billing cycle
- Continue paying for current period
Seat Management:
- View “Paid seats” vs “Members + Invited” in billing
- Pending invitations count as billable seats
- Cancel invites to reduce seats for next cycle
Billing Controls
Section titled “Billing Controls”Change Plan:
- Upgrade or downgrade from billing settings
- Changes take effect immediately
- Downgrades require cancellation flow
Change Billing Interval:
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Annual billing offers savings
- Change takes effect at next billing cycle
Payment Methods:
- Update credit/debit cards via Stripe
- Change billing address and email
- Download invoices and receipts
Billing Information Access:
- View current plan and status
- See next billing date and amount
- Track payment history and invoices
Cancellation Policy
Section titled “Cancellation Policy”How Cancellation Works:
- Cancel your subscription anytime from account settings
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No prorating - you keep Pro access for the full period you’ve paid for
- Account automatically moves to Free plan after current period ends
